Delegate Details
Meeting details will be sent to the email address you used to register. If you have not received instructions via email, please email convention@kappa.org.
Voting Delegates
Voting delegates are members in good standing. Each is entitled to one vote and must vote in person. Voting delegates are comprised of the following:
- Fraternity Council
- District Directors
- Content Directors
- Chairmen of Standing Committees
- Retiring Leadership Consultants
- One delegate from each chapter in good standing
- One delegate from each alumnae association in good standing desiring representation.
Delegates shall remain for the entirety of the General Convention Virtual Business Meeting and shall be present at all business meetings. In case it becomes impossible for a delegate to do so, an accredited alternate shall take her place.
Chapter Delegates
Corresponding Secretaries must complete and submit the Chapter Delegate Election Form in KeyReports by June 10. The chapter President must approve the submitted form via KeyReports by June 19.
Alumnae Association Delegates
The alumnae association President must submit the Delegate Election Form in KeyReports by June 19.
