Pre-Convention Training Day

Get ready for a day full of Kappa. You’ll create connections, celebrate sisterhood, champion educational programs, and embrace the next 150 years of our sisterhood.

Convention begins with a day of training on Thursday, June 25. This training offers in-depth, role-specific content for chapter and association Presidents, advisers, and House Board representatives. Attendees will develop and practice strategies for holding courageous and difficult conversations, explore how-to aspects of their roles, brainstorm new ideas, share best practices and develop a range of leadership skills, such as motivating others and resolving conflicts.

Chapter Presidents and advisers are required to attend. We encourage alumnae association Presidents and House Board representatives to attend as they will also have specific educational tracks.
