Pricing for various packages, which include your stay at the hotel and accompanying meals, will be available when registration goes live March 2.

If you think you may want to enjoy this beautiful resort before or after the official Convention dates, you are welcome to do so! The hotel has extended a special Kappa rate of $187 per night plus an 11% resort tax (double occupancy). This rate is good for June 22–24 and June 28–30. The hotel will accept payment directly for these extra nights, but your reservations must be made through Kappa.  

Rooming

Kappa makes all hotel arrangements and rooms are assigned by the General Convention team. Everyone will share a room with a Kappa sister. However, a limited number of single rooms will be available for an additional fee. Single rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Rooming assignments are based on arrival and departure dates, initiation year and position held. Delegates will room with delegates, advisers with advisers, House Board members with House Board members, etc.  All rooms are nonsmoking.

Hotel rooms are only reserved through Convention registration packages and Kappa event staff.

All incidental charges will require a credit card payment. 

Check-In: 3 p.m.

Checkout: 12 p.m.

Parking

Self-parking at the hotel is available but follows strict security guidelines. Before arriving at Convention, the hotel must have the names and arrival/departure dates of anyone wishing to park on-site. Please be sure to list this information in the appropriate section when registering.

Incidentals

If you choose to make purchases and charge them to your room, please note you will be required to provide a credit card at the hotel front desk and a daily deposit.

Baggage

After checking in, please let the bellman know if you need assistance with your baggage. The customary tip is at least $1 per bag if the bellman assists you to your room.

Amenities

Each guest room is equipped with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The hotel offers complimentary wireless internet in guest rooms.
 

Valuables

We urge you not to bring valuables to the hotel. However, there is a safe in each room.
